In partnership with the DIFC Insurance Association, W.I.N MENA succeeded in holding the first ever women's insurance conference for the MENA region in 2023, in Dubai, UAE. As a result of it's great success, we are holding a 2nd conference in 2024 in Dubai, UAE.

About W.I.N MENA
W.I.N MENA is a UAE based initiative that was founded in 2020. Today, we have a membership pool of 250+ women from all functions and roles within the insurance industry in the region.
Our mission is to foster an inclusive space for female insurance professionals to network and develop both professionally and personally. We will do this through mentorship, educational programs to help empower women actualize their professional goals and dreams. We also look to work closely with stakeholders in the insurance industry to address the challenges women in the workplace face and identify opportunities to support women.
Celebrating the contributions of female insurance professionals by staging an exclusively female panel of experts from the MENA region to discuss industry, technical and market matters with relevant takeaways for attendees from across the insurance value chain.
